Strategy & Operations | People Experience
Currently COO and formerly Chief of Staff, I’ve helped build teams, scale operations and shape culture from the inside out. Co-piloting founders to bring their vision to life.
My focus spans leadership & manager effectiveness, cultural change management, system design, internal communication and operating system overhauls. Translating business strategy into organisational execution is my happy place.
Based in the Netherlands, I’m always up for a coffee with curious folks.

I believe workplaces have a responsibility to act as good corporate citizens - creating space for employees to connect their passions with the company’s mission and values.
At FeedbackFruits, I initiated employee resource groups (ERGs) focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Remote Work and Social, giving team members ownership over causes they care about while strengthening our culture from within.
At Microsoft, I led digital skilling initiatives for indigenous youth through Microsoft’s Māori and Pasifika ERG and drove internal events for the LGBTQ+ GLEAM network.
During my time with Isobar, I represented the company on the Dentsu Aegis Network NZ DE&I Council, co-led the ‘Women in Leadership’ group, launched our first ShadowTech mentoring event to introduce female students to STEAM careers and founded a community partnership with Manurewa High School’s Business Academy.
I’m committed to shaping purpose-driven environments where difference is recognised as a source of creativity, innovation and collective potential.

“Lydia is a highly motivated and driven professional with exceptional working and personal standards and has more depth than anyone I have worked with.
We worked together for four years and in that time Lydia grew to become one of our top performers, demonstrating her abilities to grow our clients’ businesses through our digital solutions while showing her strong understanding across the technical and design thinking landscape.
Lydia is one of the most dynamic people I have had the pleasure of working with. Her interests and view on the world shows depth of character and lateral thinking that is an asset to any employer looking for someone with both highly capable skills and can add value to any conversation.
Wherever Lydia goes she has impact and she is guaranteed to be a superstar on any team.”
